REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
TWO NEW PICKUP TRUCKS:
(1) 1-TON 4X4 Single Cab with service bed
(1) ¾-TON 4X4 Single Cab with service bed
Pocahontas County Schools is accepting sealed bids for two individual 4x4 trucks as stated above. Sealed proposals must be received no later than 1:00PM on Monday, October 5, 2026. Proposals will be publicly opened at 1:00PM on October 5, 2026, at the Pocahontas County Board of Education Office. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
Proposal documents must include the bidder’s business credentials, vehicle details, price of the vehicle including all accessories, and optional equipment priced separately per the RFP documents.
Pocahontas County Schools reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities in the best interest of the school district.
