Appreciation is extended to the Green Bank Observatory for its generous donation to Hillsboro Elementary.

Hillsboro Elementary students participated in a field trip to various first responders locations, including Pocahontas Memorial Hospital, 911 center, the courthouse, sheriff's department, and Marlinton Fire Department. We are grateful for everyone who took the time out of their busy schedules to educate our students. Special thanks also to Kenny Woods, State Farm, and Luci Mosesso with Pocahontas 4H.
