Jonathan Paul, Communities In Schools Site Coordinator for Green Bank Elementary/Middle School, facilitated a poverty simulation for community agencies and Pocahontas County Schools staff on Thursday, November 18, 2021. The session provided participates scenarios in the life of a student living in poverty from the time that they start their day to the end of their day. The process was an emotional adventure through a child's life in poverty.
